Q. I am new to Flame Retardant Fabrics and would like to place an order with you. Why should I pace an order with Flame Retardant Fabrics and not any other online retailer?
A. One of the benefits of placing your order with us is that we have the majority of fabrics in stock, ready for immediate despatch. secondly, we only use reliable Couriers for Fast Deliver. Our main aim is to please our customers with our service and products.
Q. Are all the fabrics on your website in Stock?
A. The majority of the fabrics on out website are in stock. if they are our of stock we can normally restock within 1-2 working days.
Q. Do you publish a catalogue?
A. We don’t publish a catalogue as our range is expands frequently. Our website is our catalogue! We haven’t published a hard catalogue as this would only increases the price of our fabrics. Samples are available of our full range via the website. We keep you up to date with new products and promotions with mail shots, newsletters and announcements on our website .
Q. Can we place an order on behalf of a School/ University/College/ and get invoiced by Flame Retardant Fabrics?
A. Yes you may. Simple fax or email to us a completed CREDIT APPLICATION FORM along with your School/University/College Purchase Order and we will take take of the rest. We shall then invoice the School/University/College or Education Authority directly. Please make sure you have a purchase order number for your order.
Q. I’ve forgotten my username and or password!

ORDERING
Q. I’m not a company. Can individuals purchase fabric from your website?
A. Yes, we supply to whoever requires fabric. simply omit the ‘Company Name’ box when registering/logging on.
Q. Do you supply samples of your range?
A.d Yes we do. There is a SAMPLE button on every page for every product. Simply select the colour and add the sample to your basket. All samples are charged at 75p. Samples are dispatched daily 1st class.
Q. Is there a minimum order level?
A. The is NO Minimum Order Level in place as we believe that you should be able to purchase however much fabric whenever you require it.
Q. Can you order half metre lengths or do you have to order a full metre?
A. You may order half metre if you wish. Simply place 0.5 in the Quantity Box.
Q. I would like to place an order with Flame Retardant Fabrics, please can you confirm that the fabric order will come as one continuous length eg if I order 5 metres will it come as ONE length or 5 individual metre lengths?
A. If you order a quantity of fabric with us your will receive ONE PIECE of fabric unless you specify that you would like the fabric to be cut to a certain size. If you would like the fabric CUT UP, please specify this in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONSBOX upon CHECKOUT.
Q. I would like to order a quantity of fabric but I would like the fabric cutting up into a few sizes. Could you do this for us?
A. Yes simply place your order for the TOTAL amount AND leave us a note in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS BOX upon checkout e.g. please cut this fabric into 10 pieces of 1.5 metres each or 6 pieces of 1 metre each etc.
